Tips and Tricks

StemPro® NSC SFM complete medium (basal, supplement, Glutamax™ and growth factors) is stable for 4 weeks when stored in the dark at 2 to 8°C. It is recommended to aliquot the complete medium into required working amounts. Avoid exposing the complete medium to 37° multiple times – only warm what is needed for the day, and avoid adding cold medium to the cells.
